Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Orders cannot be cancelled at this time.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping will be calculated based on delivery location and weight and displayed at checkout. Orders over $49 will qualify for free freight.
We use the following carriers:
Canada: UPS and Purolator
USA: UPS and FedEx
Estimated travel times:
Canada Standard: 2-7 business days for the majority of Canada.
USA Standard: 2-7 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. SHOW & TAIL is not responsible for delays due to inclement weather and other carrier delays outside of our control.
Currently we only ship to Canada and the USA. We do not ship to PO boxes and US territories (Puerto Rico etc.)
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Tracking # on Shopify. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
