Return Policy
We hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase from SHOW & TAIL! However, we know it can be tricky ordering things online. SHOW & TAIL items that are purchased on our website (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund excluding flat rate shipping cost of $12.00. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your merchandise for your refund to be processed.
Once you send your request to info@showandtail.co, you will be provided with a UPS shipping label to fix to your package and drop at a UPS Access Point.
To be eligible for a full refund, products must be clean and free of pet hair. If the product has been tried on and contains pet hair, all hair must be removed from the product to avoid a cleaning fee. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of SHOW & TAIL. Products must be returned with packaging intact. SHOW & TAIL reserves the right to charge a $8 handling fee if the product is not in its original condition.
Important notice: The original shipping cost will not be refunded in case of a return.
Certain sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

We stand behind the legendary quality and craftsmanship of our products. That’s why we are committed to offer a replacement guarantee on our products for the life of your pet. If your product has a manufacturers defect, please submit a claim to info@showandtail.co with photo and order#. Once you send us the claim, we will look into it and will provide you detailed instructions on how to get the product back to us.
