As the COVID-19 response continues to evolve, we reserve the right to make any necessary changes to this policy without prior disclaimer. We will continue to adapt our practices based on the guidelines established by the Public Health Agency of Canada and local authorities.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within thirty days of delivery or pick-up. The unused item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If you’ve opened the package and realize that you’ve received the wrong order due to a warehouse error, we will accept a return.
Please email us at info@showandtail.co if you would like to return a shipment. We will arrange for pick-up, free of charge. Have your order number ready so that we can assist you as quickly as possible. Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment.

Replacement of Damaged of Defective Items
We will refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error within 30 days of delivery of your shipment.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless your item is eligible for Free Returns, if you return an item using the return label provided, and the reason for return is not a result of Pamson Enterprises error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you choose the self-return option, you'll pay the cost charged by the carrier selected.
