Exchanges are limited to size exchanges only. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be clean and free of pet hair. If the product has been tried on and contains pet hair, it is necessary to remove all hair completely to avoid any cleaning fees. Show and Tail will determine the condition of the product at their discretion. It is important to return the exchanged product with its original packaging intact. Show and Tail reserve the right to charge a $7 handling fee if the product is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
