Returns

  • If you made a purchase in-store, your return or exchange will need to be made at one of our retail locations.
  • If you made an online order, contact us through our contact page and send your name, order number, and reason for the return. Someone will respond within 24-48 hours.
  • For US Shoppers, the goods can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund excluding shipping costs.
  • For Canada Shoppers, the merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund excluding shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your merchandise for your refund to be processed.
  • Once you submit your request you will be provided with a shipping label to fix to your package and drop at a UPS Access Point.
  • In order to qualify for a complete refund, products must be in a clean and pet hair-free state. If the product has been tested and has pet hair on it, all hair must be thoroughly removed to avoid any cleaning charges. The determination of the product's condition lies with Show and Tail's discretion. It is necessary to return the products with the packaging intact. Show and Tail reserves the right to impose a $7 handling fee if the product is not in its original condition. 

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are limited to size exchanges only. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be clean and free of pet hair. If the product has been tried on and contains pet hair, it is necessary to remove all hair completely to avoid any cleaning fees. Show and Tail will determine the condition of the product at their discretion. It is important to return the exchanged product with its original packaging intact. Show and Tail reserve the right to charge a $7 handling fee if the product is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.

 

Warranty

We guarantee the quality of our products and offer a lifetime replacement guarantee. If your product has a manufacturer's defect, contact us with your name, order number, and defect details. We may request pictures for review. Once authorized, we'll provide instructions for a refund or free exchange. Show and Tail covers shipping costs for defects.
