Our Shipping Policy

 Shipment Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. In case of high order volumes, there may be a slight delay in shipments. Please consider additional transit days for delivery.

• Orders cannot be canceled at this time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping rate will be calculated based on delivery location and weight and displayed at checkout. Orders over US$49 and CAD$75 will qualify for free freight.

We use the following carriers:

• Canada: UPS, Purolator, and FedEx
• USA: DHL, FedEx, and USPS

Estimated Transit Times

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Show & Tail is not responsible for delays due to inclement weather and other carrier delays outside of our control.

Currently, we only ship to Canada and the USA. We do not ship to PO boxes and US Territories (Puerto Rico etc.)

• Canada Standard: 2-7 business days for the majority of Canada.
• Canada Expedited:1-4 business days.
• USA Standard:2-7 business days
• USA Expedited:2-4 business days

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours
